Regulations On Refund/Return Of GoLiveIndia
In the interest of ease, we request for all customers to read these terms and conditions before using or purchasing our service. These terms and conditions govern and form the basis for your order of any product or service from GoliveIndia app as an individual user or from GoliveIndia app as a business entity. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are deemed to have accepted all these Terms & Conditions.
1. GoliveIndia shall refund/return of Service in the following cases:
a. If standard does not meet of the service provided by GoliveIndia (including issues: quality, methods and time of delivery) as committed in the policies and regulations stated on Website or APP
b. Customer has paid but GoliveIndia does not perform the delivery of the Services as committed in the policies and regulations stated on Website or APP.
Note: GoliveIndia shall be exempted from refund/return obligation if it is in the cases of limitation of legal liability as shown in the Terms of Service on Website or APP.
2. Conditions for refund/return:
a. Customer must notify immediately or no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours from the discovery of the problem.
b. Customer makes notice to GoliveIndia about the issue via the GoliveIndia support form or email displayed on Website or APP.
c. Customer coordinates to provide necessary information for or GoliveIndia to identify fault and make refund/return.
d. Payment is deducted by either your card, bank or wallet to the goliveindia's bank account. If you have ordered more than 1 service and would like to cancel an already ordered service, please contact our Customer care on so that we can make a refund instantly.
3. Term of refund/return:
a. Please reachout to us not later than 24 (twenty-four) hours since the customer's refund/return cases are determined.
4. Method of refund/return:
Depending on the specific request of customer. refund or return the service, GoliveIndia will follow customer’s request.
a. In case of a refund, GoliveIndia will return the money to customer's origional mode of the payment. (Card/Account/Wallet)
b. In case of return of the Service, GoliveIndia will reissue the service package according to the plan on customer agreed.
5. Cost of refund/return:
Shall be paid entirely by GoliveIndia if that is GoliveIndia’s fault. We commits to ensuring the strict implementation of the necessary security measures for all payments performed on our Website or APP
We are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee that your money will be refunded if the purchased service is not used by the specified date.
